Fees/Admission
There is no cost to participate. We ask and encourage exhibitors to hold a raffle at their table, or other interactive opportunities to add some fun and excitement for the students. Students will be entered into a drawing for seeing each exhibitor for a chance to win gift cards at local Apopka businesses.

Format for both events:
Manning a table for students to stop by and get more info about your programs. The schools will provide the tables and chairs at both locations (1 table per organization plus 2 chairs). Please bring your own table cover, marketing (potential of 300 students per location) and signage. Due to limited parking, car-pooling is encouraged.
- We encourage an interactive element to your exhibit such as a raffle for a small prize, or a fun give away.
